The October release week for Kindred Stamps is finally here!! Today I am excited to share three projects highlighting the new stamp set, Extended Spooky Family. I colored the characters using copic sketch markers. I used the C8, C6, C4, C2 color series for their outfits and the E0000, E000, E00, and C0 for their pale skin. More details on each card project are listed below. Be sure to comment below for the chance to win a store credit to Kindred Stamps!
My first project features the bulter character. The door on the front of the card swings open to reveal the new character and the “You Rang” sentiment. I used gray cardstock for everything to keep a spooky color scheme for the card.
My second card uses the hairy relative and the “Eat Drink & Be Hairy” sentiment. I also used the KS Long Hair stencil for background. The character is attached to the cardfront with a wobbler so that he can move around. I used the copic marker E50 series to color in his hair.
My last project features the characters from the new stamp set and the characters from the coordinating stamp set, Spooky Family. I stamped the sentiment “You complete our family” on the inside of the card.

I love these sets. My kids and grandkids are too young to know who they are. This helps educate them when I refer to them.
These are so fun. Love the swinging door, the hair stencil and all the family together.

Can't wait to buy this stamp set. Question about the last card. I LOVE the skull damask background. Is this paper or background stamp? And from where? 🙂 Thank you for the inspiration.
So fantastic
Have to have.
Hi LauraZena! It is a piece of scrapbook paper that I believe I got from JoAnns. Hope this helps 🙂

I love the family portrait card. Beautifully colored!
Each is so fun and full of character. I think my favorite was the first one with “you rang?” I really enjoy the use of the stencil in the second card. I am always at a loss with that one. Great work! Holly.reifke@gmail.com
