Thanks for stopping by my blog! Today I am sharing a creation featuring the Arabian Nights stamp set from The Sassy Club. I colored all of the images with my Copic markers. I provided a list of the colors I used at the bottom of this post.
To create the card background I ink blended with the Tile stencil and Fossilized Amber Distress Oxide ink. I used the Tile stencil on a piece of orange cardstock with Dried Marmalade Distress ink for the second background layer. I used the Distressed Edge Rectangle die to die cut the top two layers of the card background. I used Distress Oxide inks to blend a sunset night sky onto the top layer. I used water and white paint to ink splatter onto the ink blended sky.
I used white embossing powder to heat emboss the sentiment onto light blue cardstock. I cut the edges sentiment strip to look like a cloud coming out of the magic lamp and I distressed the bottom with blue ink to add more depth. I used liquid glue to assemble the card front, and I used double sided foam tape to adhere the castle, the prince and princess on the magic carpet, and the magic lamp.
