Thanks for stopping by my blog! Today I am sharing a holiday card I made with non-holiday themed stamps! This card features the Cheeky A+ stamp set from The Greeting Farm and all I have to say is Santa isn’t the only one with a list…
To create the card background I stamped the Holiday Words Background stamp with red ink onto kraft card stock. I cut the background with stitched rectangle scallop die, distressed the edges with Vintage Photo distress ink, and matted it onto another piece of kraft cardstock. I used the same stitched rectangle scallop to die cut the sentiment strip from red cardstock. I heat embossed the sentiment from the Christmas Plushies stamp set with white embossing powder. As I mentioned previously, the girl is from the Cheeky A+ stamp set. I colored her with Copic markers to look like a cheeky Mrs. Claus. The presents and gift bags are from the Unicorn Bday Anya set and the Let’s Pawty set. The colors I used are listed below. To finish the card I used a white gel pen to add the final touches.
